Dynamic SW Cleaning was founded by David and Marianna in 2024, and they still run it. When you call about a biohazard job, you’re speaking to one of them. Not a call centre, and not a franchise office in another county.
Both hold the CPD-approved Biohazard & Specialist Cleaning certification, and David is Prochem-trained in professional carpet and soft-furnishing care.

FAQ
Do you take on regular commercial contracts?
Yes, and it's the largest part of what we do. Offices, surgeries, studios, warehouses and places of worship, cleaned daily, weekly or to whatever schedule suits the site. We quote a fixed price after a site visit rather than an hourly rate that drifts.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for commercial work, and we'll agree key or alarm access in writing before the first visit.
How quickly can you attend a biohazard job?
Call us and we'll tell you honestly, on that call, when we can be there. Biohazard work is rarely something that can wait, and we'd rather give you a straight answer than a booking slot we can't keep.
Will it be obvious to neighbours what's happening?
Not unless you want it to be. We can arrive in unmarked vehicles and plain kit, and we don't discuss jobs with anyone other than the person who booked us.
Are you trained and insured for this kind of work?
Yes. David and Marianna both hold the Biohazard & Specialist Cleaning certification from Growth Nation, a CPD-approved training provider, and David is Prochem-trained for carpet and soft-furnishing work. We carry public liability insurance, and we're happy to send the documents before you book.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Exeter and work across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. If you're near the edge of that, ask. We travel further for specialist work than for a routine clean.
Do you only do specialist work?
No. Carpet and upholstery cleaning, domestic cleans, end of tenancy and holiday let changeovers are a real part of what we do, and they get the same team and the same standards.
How much does it cost?
Specialist jobs vary too much for a price list to be honest. Scope, hazard level and access all move the number. Tell us what's happened and we'll give you a proper price, not a guess.

Based in Exeter. Specialist work takes us further than routine cleaning does, so if you're outside these areas it's still worth asking.
