Dynamic SW Cleaning was founded by David and Marianna in 2024, with the aim of providing a reliable, professional, high-quality cleaning service across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. What began as a small local business has grown into a company committed to high standards of cleanliness, customer care and attention to detail.
Through ongoing training and investment in professional development, we’re continuing to build a skilled and experienced team capable of delivering safe, efficient and compassionate cleaning for residential and commercial clients alike.
In practice that means when you ring about a biohazard job, you get one of the two people whose name is on the company. Not a call centre, and not a franchise office in another county.

The team
Properly kitted, properly trained
Suits, respirators, eye protection and gloves aren’t there to look the part. On infection control and mould work they’re the difference between a job done safely and a problem moved somewhere else in the building.
We don’t name our team publicly. That’s deliberate: a lot of what we do happens in people’s homes at the worst moment of their year, and discretion runs in both directions.
