As with any website, our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs for security and reliability, which can include your IP address and the pages requested. We do not use these to identify individual visitors.

Where any of our service providers store or process data outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, insurance and regulatory requirements. Typical retention periods are:
- Customer booking and invoicing records: 6 years
- Cleaning service records: up to 6 years
- Photographs relating to completed work: normally up to 12 months, unless required for insurance or dispute resolution
- Enquiry information where no booking is made: up to 12 months
- Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn
We may retain information for longer where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
