Commercial FAQ
Can you clean outside normal business hours?
Yes, and for most commercial work that's the sensible arrangement. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all workable. Tell us when the space is free and we'll build the schedule around it.
Do you supply cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes. Everything comes with us as standard, including commercial machines for hard floors and carpets where the job needs them. If you'd rather we used a specific product on a particular surface, that's fine too.
How do you handle key and alarm access?
Keyholding, keysafe or an agreed access arrangement, whichever suits you. We agree it in writing before the first visit, and the same small team attends so you're not handing access to a rotating list of names.
Can you scale up for a one-off deep clean?
Yes. Builders' cleans, post-refurbishment cleans and annual deep cleans are all things we do, whether or not you have a regular contract with us.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Exeter and work across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. If you're near the edge of that, ask.
